The study aimed at showing up the effect of using some educational techniques by learning the skills of "finishing stroke" and “defense wall” of handball. The researcher supposed that there is no statistical differences in using some educational techniques to learn the skills mentioned above, the samples were students of the physical education collage 2006-2007, and they were of classrooms “E and F”. they were divided equally in both classrooms. The researcher disqualified the failing and exam-posponed students and who used to play this game chose whom have different physical and mational fitness, hight, weight and different ages that the test were absolutely in random way. The researcher put into effect the program which was prepared by the material lecturer in regard with the general program of the physical education collages which was prepared by the sectorial commission. The experimental group started to watch the educational techniques CD's and skill's pictures of this reserch while the regular students followed the traditional program (showing & explainning the skill by the material lectuer).
After gathering and processing the data statistically by using the statistical means (arithmetic mean, standard curring and T test), the researcher concluded the following results: there is a preference in using the educational techniques of the experimental and regular ones) in the skills at circling-finishing stroke and the defensive wall. The researcher recommended that it is necessary to perform the educational techniques of learning the counter, fast and tricky-finishing stroke and he also ercommended to give more time to learn these two skills

The Relation between explosive Leg Strength and Some Biokinematics Variables of the Globular Backward Air Flip on Ground Movements Mattress

adullah Abbas Rasheed

Al-Rafidain Journal For Sport Sciences, Volume 14, Issue 49, Pages 272-288
DOI: 10.33899/rajsport.2008.50084

The study aims at expounding the values of some biokinamatics variables of globular backward air flip in ground moves on mattress for amateurs and expounding the relation between explosive strength of leg muscles and some biokinamatics variables of globular backward air flip in gymnastic on mattress for amateur players.
The sample of study was deliberately selected from the best three players in Arbill Gymnastic federetion by observing their total ground movement and the proximity of their level of performance for the movements.
The researcher also observed as from the speed of kinematics performance especially in the backwards air flip that their is noticeable differences between the players during take off ground during the upward displacement. Thus, the aim of the study was to devise tests that are capable of measuring the boosting strength of leg muscles and these tests include testing both the vertical jump and horizontalBroad jump
In order to achieve the research goals and proving the validity of its hypothesis in the measured kinematic variables including ( hip flexing angle before take off , hip flexing angle at the highest point achieved by the player , highest point reached by the hip , hip flexing angle

when touch down and the horizontal displacement for the body’s center gravity)
After presenting the results and discussing them, the researcher found a significant relation between explosive force of leg muscles and some kinematic variables of the backward air flip.
Thus, the researcher recommends that the trainers must emphasize on using the types of exercises that are capable of increasing the strength of lower limbs of the players in order for this strength to be positively reflected on kinematic performance. Also ,the research recommends that correction of mistakes of technical performance in order to use globular backward air flip according to biomechanics to perform the perfect movements attitudes.
