The Relation between explosive Leg Strength and Some Biokinematics Variables of the Globular Backward Air Flip on Ground Movements Mattress

AbstractThe study aims at expounding the values of some biokinamatics variables of globular backward air flip in ground moves on mattress for amateurs and expounding the relation between explosive strength of leg muscles and some biokinamatics variables of globular backward air flip in gymnastic on mattress for amateur players.
The sample of study was deliberately selected from the best three players in Arbill Gymnastic federetion by observing their total ground movement and the proximity of their level of performance for the movements.
The researcher also observed as from the speed of kinematics performance especially in the backwards air flip that their is noticeable differences between the players during take off ground during the upward displacement. Thus, the aim of the study was to devise tests that are capable of measuring the boosting strength of leg muscles and these tests include testing both the vertical jump and horizontalBroad jump
In order to achieve the research goals and proving the validity of its hypothesis in the measured kinematic variables including ( hip flexing angle before take off , hip flexing angle at the highest point achieved by the player , highest point reached by the hip , hip flexing angle
when touch down and the horizontal displacement for the body’s center gravity)
After presenting the results and discussing them, the researcher found a significant relation between explosive force of leg muscles and some kinematic variables of the backward air flip.
Thus, the researcher recommends that the trainers must emphasize on using the types of exercises that are capable of increasing the strength of lower limbs of the players in order for this strength to be positively reflected on kinematic performance.Also ,the research recommends that correction of mistakes of technical performance in order to use globular backward air flip according to biomechanics to perform the perfect movements attitudes.
