Abstract
The purpose of the research was to uncover the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of innovative creative practices and creative classroom interaction for physical education teachers. The researchers used the experimental approach to suitability and the nature of the research. The research community consists of male and female of physical education in the schools of the governorate working center for the academic year 2017-2018, ) male and female teachers of sport education in the left and right side of the city of Mosul. The sample included (48) male and female teachers (31) male and female teachers of the experimental group, and (17) teachers and teachers of the same scientific qualification, taking into account the factor years of experience And parity between the two groups in the variables of age in years, the service ).
The training program consisted of (6) theoretical and practical training modules distributed over two weeks, with 3 training units per week in each training unit. The duration of the training session was 90 minutes. The researchers also constructed a test of creative classroom interaction and interaction According to the scientific steps to build the tests, the researchers prepared the training plans as well as the working papers and the training activities in the sample of the research. The researchers used the computer method and the tools of the statistical method, , equation of Spurman Brown, and the scale of the effect).
The researchers concluded:
1. The experimental group is superior to the control group in the post-test.
2. The effectiveness of the training program in the development of creative and creative classroom interaction for the study of physical education through the values of the calculated effect of the total degree of the pivot of the test of the creative and creative interaction of teachers and teachers of physical education.
The researchers have put recommendations as follows:
1. Adopting the proposed training program for the development of creative classroom interaction and interaction methods for physical education.
2. Adopting the test of innovative classroom creative and interaction practices.
3 - Adoption of the educational material prepared in this regard.

هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن فاعلیة برنامج تدریبی مقترح لتنمیة ممارسات التهیئة الإبداعیة ،والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعی لمعلمی التربیة الریاضیة، استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجریبی لملاءمته وطبیعة البحث تکون مجتمع البحث من معلمی ومعلمات التربیة الریاضیة فی مدارس مرکز المحافظة العاملة للعام الدراسی (2017 – 2018) والبالغ عددهم (355) مدرسة فی الجانب الأیمن والأیسر من مدینة الموصل، واشتملت العینة على (48) معلم ومعلمة بواقع (31) معلما ومعلمة للمجموعة التجریبیة، و ( 17) معلماً ومعلمةً ، ومن المؤهل العلمی نفسه ،مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار عامل سنوات الخبرة 0 وأجری التکافؤ بین المجموعتین فی متغیرات العمر بالسنین ، والخبرة (عدد سنین الخدمة) وتضمن البرنامج التدریبی (6) وحدات تدریبیة نظریة وعملیة میدانیة موزعة على اسبوعین وبواقع (3) وحدات تدریبیة اسبوعیاً فی کل وحدة تدریبیة جلستین ، وکان زمن الجلسة التدریبیة الواحدة (90) دقیقة ، کما قام الباحثان ببناء اختبار لممارسات التهیئة والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعی لدرس التربیة الریاضیة وحسب الخطوات العلمیة لبناء الاختبارات ، حیث اعد الباحثان الخطط التدریبیة ، فضلاً عن أوراق العمل والأنشطة التدریبیة ضمن عینة البحث، واستخدم الباحثان وسیلة الحاسوب والداتا شو کما تم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائیة الآتیة: (الوسط الحسابی، والانحراف المعیاری، والاختبار التائی ، ومعادلة سبیرمان براون ، ومعادلة حجم الاثر).
وقد استنتج الباحثان :
تفوق المجموعة التجریبیة على المجموعة الضابطة فی الاختبار البعدی .
فاعلیة البرنامج التدریبی فی تنمیة ممارسات التهیئة والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعی لدرس التربیة الریاضیة من خلال قیم حجم الأثر المحسوبة للدرجة الکلیة لمحوری اختبار ممارسات التهیئة ، والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعی لمعلمی ومعلمات التربیة الریاضیة.
وقد وضع الباحثان توصیات وهی کما یأتی:
1- اعتماد البرنامج التدریبی المقترح لتنمیة ممارسات التهیئة والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعیة لدرس التربیة الریاضیة.
2- اعتماد الاختبار الخاص بممارسات التهیئة والتفاعل الصفی الإبداعیة.
3- اعتماد المادة التعلیمیة التی أعدت بهذا الخصوص .
