Abstract
This study aims at revealing the following :
-The degree of values in the athletic field for the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs.
- The degree of social desirability for the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs.
- The relationship between the values dimensions and the social desirability for the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs.
- The rate of contribution of the values dimensions in the athletic field to the social desirability for the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs.
The researcher has used the descriptive methodology with correlating style for its convenience to the nature of the research .The research sample included the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs (term 2012-2013) as (15) female players .The data were collected by using the scale of values in the athletic field and the social desirability scale . The researcher used the following statistical means :(percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) , t-Test for one sample, and the regressing equation).
The researcher has concluded the following :
- The individuals of the research sample possess good degrees in the values of the athletic field and the social desirability.
- There was a moral relationship between the values of the athletic field and the social desirability for the Volleyball Female Players of Iraqi Clubs.

تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف الى:
- درجة القیم فی المجال الریاضی للاعبات اندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة.
- درجة المرغوبیة الاجتماعیة للاعبات اندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة.
- العلاقة بین ابعاد القیم فی المجال الریاضی والمرغوبیة الاجتماعیة للاعبات أندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة
- نسب إسهام أبعاد القیم فی المجال الریاضی بالمرغوبیة الاجتماعیة للاعبات أندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفی بالأسلوب الإرتباطی لملاءمته لطبیعة البحث، وتکونت عینة البحث من لاعبات أندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة للموسم (2012- 2013) والبالغ عددهم (115)لاعبة، وقد تم جمع البیانات باستخدام مقیاس القیم فی المجال الریاضی ومقیاس المرغوبیة الاجتماعیة،واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائیة الآتیة : (النسبة المئویة والوسط الحسابی والانحراف المعیاری ومعامل الارتباط البسیط (بیرسون) ومعادلة سبیرمان- واختبار (ت) لعینة واحدة، ومعادلة الانحدار)، وقد استنتج الباحثمایأتی:
- یمتلک افراد عینة البحث درجات جیدة من القیم فی المجال الریاضی والمرغوبیة الاجتماعیة.
هناک علاقة معنویة بین القیم فی المجال الریاضی والمرغوبیة الاجتماعیة للاعبات أندیة القطر بالکرة الطائرة
