The Impact of Repeated Anaerobic Effort in The Anaerobic Capability and the Fatigue Indicator of Basketball, Volleyball and SOCCER Players
The current study aimed at identifying the statistical significances the fatigue indicator among basketball, volleyball and soccer players. The descriptive approach was applied for its appropriateness to the nature of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (15) players representing Mosul University teams of these games for the year (2008-2009); WHOM they were chosen intentionally, (5) players for each game. The procedures of the research included a pilot study applied on two players; the first a basketball players and the second is a soccer player. Then the anaerobic test of RAST was applied, which consisted of (6)sprint runs passing a distance of (35) meters intervened by rest periods lasted for (10) seconds for each. After ending the test, the results were concluded through applying the following equation: anaerobic power (watt) = weight x distance2/time3 The fatigue indicator was concluded by applying the following equation: The fatigue indicator (watt/sec) = the highest power– lowest power)/total time. The research reached at the following: 1. The repeated anaerobic effort of the three groups of basketball, volleyball and soccer players made an increase in the time of the (6) runs that passed (35) meters distance starting from the first run until the sixth one, and that is because of decline in the duration of anaerobic system and the rise of fatigue indicator resulted from short rest time during recovery period that lasts for (10) seconds. 2. Though there are no significant differences in fatigue indicator among the three groups; the means proved "that the teams were matter of fatigue in this order" volleyball players followed by basketball players then came soccer players, the matter which emphasizes that soccer players are characterized with high level of physical fitness and phosphegeneic lactic aerobic power and their recovery is faster in comparison with basketball and volleyball players.

The effect of force exercise differentiated by sbeeds with weights in different intensities on certain basic skill variables of young soccer players
The research aims at revealing the following : • The effect of applying the force exercise characterized by speed with weights on certain basic skills variables of young soccer players of the two experimental groups . • The denotation of statistical differences in some skillful variables of young soccer players in post-tests of the two groups . To verify the research objectives , the researcher has established the following hypothesis : • Significant differences were shown between pre-test and post test in certain basic skills variables of the two experimental groups in favor of post-tests . • Significant differences were shown between the results of post-tests in certain skillful variables of young soccer players in post-test in favor of the first group which applied the intensity ( 40 % - 60 % ) of the maximum value . The researcher has adopted the empirical methodology for its convenience with the nature of the research. So, the experiment was performed on sample of young players in Al-Hadba'a club .The sample consisted of (35) players aged between ( 16-19 ) years old .They were intentionally chosen and randomly distributed into two experimental groups , in a number of (10 ) players for each group . (15) players were excluded as (8) of them were dedicated for explorative experiment , (4) of them for not being abound to exercise units ,and (3) were goalkeepers. Equivalence and consistency between both groups were achieved regarding variables such as ( age , height , weight ) as well as basic skills variables that have been identified by experts and specialists. The researcher has also adopted the experimental methodology for its convenience with the nature of this research. The research procedures have included designing exercising program in style of force exercises characterized by speed with weights in different intensities which have been applied on both experimental groups. Research procedures have also included certain explorative experiments in order to avoid the problems and difficulties by practicing exercises .In addition to the regulated repetitions and suitable rest intervals for those exercises which suit the sample . Then , the basic skills pre- tests were performed and both groups preformed the exercise program with intensity ( 40% - 60% ) for the first experimental group. The intensities of the second experimental group were ( 60%-80% ) . Carrying out the exercise program has lasted (8) weeks through two medium rounds, and (4) small rounds in each medium round in amount of (3) exercise units per week and with ranging weights movement (3 : 1) . So , the researcher performed basic skills post-tests on the same procedures and steps followed in the pre-tests . The researcher has applied the following statistical means : ( arithmetic mean , normative deviation , correlation coefficient ( Person ) , percentage , T-test of correlated samples , and T-test of independent samples ) . The researcher has concluded the following results : • The exercise program performed by the first experimental group which applied the intensities ( 40% - 60% ) of the maximum value and the second experimental group which applied the intensities ( 60%-80% ) developed morally to all basic skills ( rolling , dribbling , long pass , hitting the ball with the head ) out of comparing the results of pre-tests and post-tests and were on favor of the post-tests . • The absence of statistical significant differences in the post-tests of both experimental groups in the basic skills ( rolling , dribbling , long pass , hitting the ball with the head ). • Weight lifting courses which were accompanied with exercises prepared in the exercise program which is performed by first and second research groups have a positive role in developing muscle power leading to improving all basic skills qualities in pre-test and post-test and in favor of post-test . The researcher has recommended the following : • The necessity of applying the two training programs with power differentiated by speed with weights in training soccer players . • Confirming the applying of repetition in training in developing power differentiated by speed with weights. • The possibility of applying the two exercise program with intensities( 40 %- 60 % ) and (60 % - 80 % ) of the maximum value in developing the basic skills (rolling , dribbling , long pass , hitting the ball with the head ).

The differences between the change ratio between both techniques of playing on a certain number of physical and skillful variables. The experimental methodology has been employed for its convenience with the nature of the research. The research population has been chosen intentionally and consisted of (33) players from Ninevah football club aged (16-19) for the football season (2009-2010). The research sample has been consisted of (24) players divided into two experimental groups in the amount of (12) players for each group. The percentage of the research sample has reached (72.72%) from the total population of the research after excluding (9) players. Equivalence between the two groups of the research has been achieved regarding the variables of (age, height and weight) and a certain number of physical variables ( vertical explosive power of the legs, agility, maximum transitional speed, muscular power of the legs, speed endurance, legs' strength endurance) and certain skillful variables (short pass, medium pass, calm down, near scoring). The experimental design referred to as ' the randomly chosen equivalent groups of vigorous controlled with pre and post test). As for the main steps of the research, the first step was performing an interview with some specialists to identify the number of touches that can be followed inside the limited area of the court as well as the physical and skillful variables that serve the aims of the research. While the second step was rationalizing the proper exercises of the research through identifying the limited area, the number of players and gradation possibility of the difficulty of exercises within a single medium cycle. The third step was establishing a training course and submitting it to some specialists for necessary modifications. Three pilot studies were conducted, the first has aimed at realizing the possibility of accomplishing physical and skilful tests and avoiding mistakes and obstacles during execution. The second experiment has aimed at conducting the selected drills within the limited areas and players formations within them and the intensity control applied. The third experiment has aimed at conducting a full training unit by both playing techniques (the research sample). Pre physical and skillful tests have been conducted within two successive days followed by a training course of two medium sessions with a load movement undulation of (3:1) in an amount of eight weekly sessions each short session has included three training units. Therefore, (24) training units were accomplished throughout the course. Post physical and skilful tests were conducted by following the same procedures followed in accomplishing the pre tests. The following statistical treatments were applied to deduce the findings: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test of the dependant and correlated samples, percentage and progression percentage). The researcher has attained a number of conclusions, the most important of which were as follows: 1. The two touches- playing technique has achieved a significant progress in all the physical and skillful attributes and the basic skills as well at comparing the findings of the pre and the post physical and skillful tests in favor of the post tests. 2. The three touches- playing technique has achieved a significant progress in all the physical and skillful attributes and the basic skills as well at comparing the findings of the pre and the post physical and skillful tests in favor of the post tests. 3. No significant differences regarding the physical attributes and the basic skills at comparing the findings of the post physical and skillful tests between both techniques of playing. 4. Two touches playing technique has achieved a good difference regarding the change percentage of the two skills of the short pass and the near scoring at taking differences in the arithmetic means between both techniques of playing. While the three touches playing technique has achieved a good difference in the change percentage of the calm down skill at taking the differences in the pre and post arithmetic means between both techniques of playing. The most important recommendations were as follows: 1. Training courses based on correct scientific bases should be applied in order to develop both the physical and the skillful aspects. 2. The coaches of the game should be asserted upon to concentrate on the drills and exercises that are closer to the atmosphere of contests and matches for their positive effect on enhancing and developing the physical and skillful aspects. 3. Coaches of football games should be confirmed upon to have the exercise times more similar to the main working times of the match in order that the coach be able to develop and improve the operational power system needed by the players and that serve in achieving football physical and skillful tasks.
