The effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of teaching practices and creative evaluation of the male and female teacher of physical education

The objective of the research is to uncover the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of teaching practices and creative evaluation of physical education teachers. The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community consists of teachers male and female of physical education in the schools of the Nineveh Regional Center for the academic year (2017 - 2018) male and female teachers of sports education in the left and right side of the city of Mosul. The sample included (48 male and female teachers (31) male and female teachers of the experimental group, and (17) male and female teachers of the same scientific qualification, taking into account the factor years of experienceAnd parity between the two groups in the variables of age in years, the service ) .
 
The training program included 9 theoretical and practical training modules distributed over three weeks and three training modules per week. Each training unit had two sessions. The training session lasted 90 minutes. The researchers also built a test of teaching practices and creative evaluation of the education lesson. Mathematical methods and the scientific steps to build the tests. The researchers prepared the training plans as well as the working papers of the cooperative groups. The researchers used the computer and the parents. The following statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Equivalent effect size).
 
The researchers concluded:
1. The experimental group is superior to the control group in the post-test.
2. The effectiveness of the training program in the development of teaching practices and creative evaluation of the male and female teachers of physical education through the values ​​of the effect of the calculated total score of the pivot of the test teaching practices and creative evaluation of teachers of physical education.
 
The researchers have put recommendations as follows:
1 . Adoption of the proposed training program for the development of creative teaching and evaluation practices.
2 . Adopting the test of creative teaching and evaluation practices
