The effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of innovative creative practices and creative classroom interaction with the teacher of physical education

The purpose of the research was to uncover the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of innovative creative practices and creative classroom interaction for physical education teachers. The researchers used the experimental approach to suitability and the nature of           the research. The research community consists of male and female of physical education in the schools of the governorate working center for the academic year 2017-2018, ) male and female teachers of sport education in the left and right side of the city of Mosul. The sample included (48) male and female teachers (31) male and female teachers of the experimental group, and (17) teachers and teachers of the same scientific qualification, taking into account the factor years of experience  And parity between the two groups in the variables of age in years, the service ).
The training program consisted of (6) theoretical and practical training modules distributed over two weeks, with 3 training units per week in each training unit. The duration of the training session was 90 minutes. The researchers also constructed a test of creative classroom interaction and interaction According to the scientific steps to build the tests, the researchers prepared the training plans as well as the working papers and the training activities in the sample of the research. The researchers used the computer method and the tools of the statistical method, , equation of Spurman Brown, and the scale of the effect).
The researchers concluded:
1. The experimental group is superior to the control group in the post-test.
2. The effectiveness of the training program in the development of creative and creative classroom interaction for the study of physical education through the values ​​of the calculated effect of the total degree of the pivot of the test of the creative and creative interaction of teachers and teachers of physical education.
The researchers have put recommendations as follows:
1. Adopting the proposed training program for the development of creative classroom interaction and interaction methods for physical education.
2. Adopting the test of innovative classroom creative and interaction practices.
3 - Adoption of the educational material prepared in this regard.

The objective of the research is to uncover the effectiveness of a proposed training program for the development of teaching practices and creative evaluation of physical education teachers. The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community consists of teachers male and female of physical education in the schools of the Nineveh Regional Center for the academic year (2017 - 2018) male and female teachers of sports education in the left and right side of the city of Mosul. The sample included (48 male and female teachers (31) male and female teachers of the experimental group, and (17) male and female teachers of the same scientific qualification, taking into account the factor years of experienceAnd parity between the two groups in the variables of age in years, the service ) .
 
The training program included 9 theoretical and practical training modules distributed over three weeks and three training modules per week. Each training unit had two sessions. The training session lasted 90 minutes. The researchers also built a test of teaching practices and creative evaluation of the education lesson. Mathematical methods and the scientific steps to build the tests. The researchers prepared the training plans as well as the working papers of the cooperative groups. The researchers used the computer and the parents. The following statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Equivalent effect size).
 
The researchers concluded:
1. The experimental group is superior to the control group in the post-test.
2. The effectiveness of the training program in the development of teaching practices and creative evaluation of the male and female teachers of physical education through the values ​​of the effect of the calculated total score of the pivot of the test teaching practices and creative evaluation of teachers of physical education.
 
The researchers have put recommendations as follows:

The role of school administrators in supervising some school sports activities from the teachers point of view of physical education in the city of Mosul

The goal of the research is to identify the role of school administrators in supervising some school sports activities from the point teachers of view of physical education in the city of Mosul by determining the level of the role of school administrators in supervising the lesson of physical education, determining the level of role of school administrators in  supervising the teacher of physical education. The level of role of school administrators in supervising sports students, determining the level of role of school principals in supervising school sports teams and determining the level of role of school principals in supervising school sports capabilities.
 
The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey style which suits the nature of the resrearch.The research community consists of (136) teachers of physical education working in intermediate , intermediate and secondary schools in Mosul. The sample consisted of (51) teachers of physical education working in intermediate and secandary schools in the city of Mosul. In statistical treatments, frequency and percentage were used.
 
The researcher found that the intermediate and secondary schools administrators have a moderate level in the exercise of their supervisory roles in the school sports activity in general, as well as in all of their interlocutors. The administrators of the intermediate and secondary schools distinguished the supervisory practices by refusing to give the sports education quota to compensate for the other materials. Besides admitting to the officials, the directors allow the teacher of sports education to participate in sports courses and conferences, and managers pay great attention to raising the morale of the school administrators sports teams in order to win the and the lack of interest of intermediate and secondary school administrators in sports supervisory practices in allocating some time to the teacher of physical education in the school radio to talk about the sports teams and their achievements and not to provide material support to the teacher of physical education.
 
 There is no periodic medical examination and fitness test for school sports teams. Periodic meetings with the parents of the students participating in the school sports teams, and the failure to hold seminars for the students in order to create motives and trends towards the exercise of sports activities, and do not make recreational trips to the participating teams There is no provision of snacks for students during training, the lack of educational and explanatory means in the field of physical education, the non-use of school playgrounds by other schools, and the lack of provision of sports clothing for school teams.
