Characteristics of Creative Communication Skills and Their Relationship to the Heads of Sports Federations, The Central Iraqi Olympic

The goal of the study was to introduce the following point :
The creative properties and their relation with the communication skills of the Central Olympic Athletic Unions heads levels .
The researchers have followed the descriptive approach in studying the relations according to the correlated studies. The study sample had been formed from (20) Central Olympic Athletic Unions, included (172) management staff members. Two measurements for the creative properties and communication skills had been construcked according to the work of the organizations work. The measurement of the creative properties consisted of (60) points distributed among (7) dimensions : query thinking, the ability of analyzing and assembling, the ability of imagination, heuristic, courage or self confidence, rejecting, the desire of experience and self criticism.
The measurements of communication skills included (49) points distributed among (4) dimensions : listening skill, rapid reading skill, writing skill and speaking skill. After executing the scientific conditions of the two measurements they had been applied on the basic research sample.
The data had been treated to the statistically by using: percentage, arithmetical mean, standard deviation, assuming mean, T- Test, Pearson correlation coefficient. The study had concluded many conclusions such as:
- Existence of an incorporeal relationship between the creative properties and the communication skills of the Central Olympic Athletic Unions heads.
The researcher had mentioned several recommendations such as :
1 - Monitoring the creative ideas either theatrical or the proutical one of sports organizations in order or might be depended on them to take advantage of them, which can and try to build on.
2 - Developing the communication skills of heads of sports federations and the development of their creative properties, which are reflected on the development of the work of unions.
